Chapter 11 — Focus begins with walls, both literal and figurative. Does your team culture provide the proper amount of mental space, especially for preparation (thought work) before collaboration (meetings)?
Chapter 12 — Employees have diverse space needs based on the variety and focus demands of their work. Have you been intentional in providing the right amount of usable focus space for your team? Meet with your team to design a “focus blueprint” for your office space.
Chapter 13 — Have you built a focus vault—an unreachable place where you go for defined periods to focus on your most important tasks? If not, where will your vault be located, going forward?
