Reflection Questions:
Chapter 1 — Admitting we have a problem is the first step. How distracted are you? Select a day. Log the number of emails you received unrelated to work; amount of time on a screen; the number of times you check your phone. What does it reveal? Do you feel you recognize the difference between being responsive and being responsible?
Chapter 2 — Think about that phrase “pay attention.” How much do you value your attention? In what ways is a lack of focus costing you, your family, your team, and your business?
Chapter 3 — What would you say are the biggest sources of distraction for you, your team, and your business? After reading this chapter, do you need to re-think the real problem? How are you going to be part of the solution?
